Connecting to the Medicine Woman Archetype, for me, at this time, is about staying the course. Not completely surrendering to the patterns, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging practices that move me further away from the inner knowing... that I know.
Food: Bone Broth, chicken and salmon, leafy greans (salads and in smoothies); Warm lemon water and peppermint
Exercise: Walking, yoga (as I continue to heal from my knee injury)
Plant Allies: Chamomile, Pine, Fir
Animal Totems: Horse; Elephant
Pscyhe & Heart: More intra-personal softening and tenderness; cultivation of greater intimacy with those close to me
Healing Modalities: Massage, Journaling, Mantra and Mudra
Spiritual Well-Being: Daily meditation, Prayer, Reading the Bhagvad Gita, Embodied Priestess studies/Ritual
Rhythm of Life that supports you most: Slow pace; gentle and restorative yoga (to help balance the vata imbalance)
Passions that awaken the creative flow and feed your soul: Being hyper conscious of the unconcsious and the unseen, and tapping into the intuitive wisdom that guides me into these spaces; Creating new and (intentionally) meaningful ways to share and engage, in service to all beings.
